Details about the Boardroom

The year-long Boardroom program is for founders and leaders who are serious about investing in themselves and serious about investing in each other. As a Board Member, here's what you can expect:

Quarterly Business Retreats: Business Mentoring + Flex Your Cortex deep dive sessions to help you work on your business/career instead of in it and focus on the big picture. The afternoons will be dedicated to "hot seat" Masterminding where each Member will present a challenge or issue they are grappling with and leverage the expertise and advice of the whole group. We'll leave plenty time for connecting, getting to know each other, and celebrating wins throughout the day. This is your "tribe" and we've got your back.

Monthly virtual co-working sessions. Ninety minutes of focused time for coming together to work on the most important tasks identified during the Retreats so that key takeaways and action points get taken away and acted on! This is all about getting sh*t done on the "important but not urgent" things that constantly get pushed back in your diary - and having support on tap if you hit a wall.

Open monthly office hours. Drop in sessions for help with your most pressing needs. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and all Members can benefit from tuning in.

Private WhatsApp group. Stay in touch, ask questions, get in-the-moment support, and share tips or advice between formal sessions. This is an incredibly high value asset that leverages the dynamic backgrounds, expertise, and professional connections of each Member and will be your go-to forum for the day-to-day asking, sharing, helping, learning, and venting that your mind and soul need.

PLUS: Access to session archives: All sessions will be recorded and made immediately available to Members so you can revisit the content as much as you like, and never need to worry about missing a session if you can't attend live.
